ENGLISH LANGUAGE CHALLENGES During this period I have been learning more english because, since I get into the university  to study cinema, for learning or for entertainment, I have watch a lot of movies and series in english (with subtitles in english) , so my exposition to the language has been huge, but in spite of that my redaction and use of the times conjugation is bad, and that has been my biggest challenge this semester. At the university, my favorite activity is the use of blogs, maybe because  the use of blogs helps a lot in the area of redaction and use of time area, when you are writing a story or something and write a line, you can see if it is weird or wrong, and try to make it better. My use of english is very intuitive and maybe for that reason I am always insecure or in a halfway sure of what i'm saying, so I'm planning to study more english, because in the cinema medium is very necessary and almost all the technical tutorials are in english and ...

SUMMER HOLIDAYS I love to make plans for the summer, I used to save money during the year and travel somewhere like the south or the beach, with my family we used to go to el kisko all the summers so since I was a child I get used to take a week or two out of santiago whatever it takes. The summer I went out of highschool I make autostop with a friend until we get to Chiloé, the summer of the 2016, autostoping to, y travel until Uruguay. Autostop is a great option if you wanna know the places in weird ways or to know the b side of countries. This summer I was thinking to do it but to the north, even  maybe cross to Perú but I'm not that sure, because I went out of class at the ending of january and I'm not sure if I wanna spend my savings in a travel, because maybe is better for me to buy cinema equipment and have a working tool for the future. FREE POST/ MUSIC Hi, im my free post I will talk about the things I do in my free time and that is music! Since I was a teenager I have been playing in bands and stuff, and nowadays I have a little  music label called “GEMELO PARÁSITO RECORDS”. With this label we organised live shows and edit physical copys in cassette. The label is like a joke that grows to much and to fast and now there’s a lot of bands related to GP and it is great, because, like the label is ours and started like a kind of joke, the bands we edit and we invite to shows and splits and tours to valparaiso or the south, are our friends. POST GRADUATE STUDIES. I Am not sure if I will keep studying after I finish this career, because in our area, cinema, we must try to keep active and doing movies and be in the mayor number of movies, because, I think, that is the real way to learn how to make movies. But in other way, I have be talking with a friend who did a postgraduate program here in JGM, in the art department. The program is about aesthetics but you make a art work, for example my friend graduated with a very good movie as his final thesis, in that way, I think about the idea, because it is only two years long and in the night, so I could be in movies and studying at the same time, and I Am very interested in learn more about aesthetics and art history, and obviously. chare more with people who is in the world of the other arts, not only in cinema. I don't really know why do I finish studing Cinema and Tv. When I was a little kid I wanted to be an archaeologist because I saw Indiana Jones and it made me want to be in that kind of places and live that kind of adventures. Then a I grew up and wanted to be a social Anthropologist ( I didn't know myself anyway, I really was an indecisive boy who convinced himself what wanted to do one thing or another without be sure about it ), but when I finally took the PSU I didn't make it,  my score was not enough, so I entered to Sociology in facso, but,I quit in the first semester. the last four years of my life, I have been exposed to a lot of movies and filmakers (because I study Cinema). Many of the directors and generes, and kind of movies that I have seen the past years, have really blown my mind in many aspects, but in this big group of references and new stuff, there is a director that shines in a particulary way. This person is Raùl Ruiz, his cinema is very diferent,  and this is beacuse he plays all the time with the narrative structures and forms, he is like a child and an old man at the same time, so smart and free to make cinema, I really apreciate to have cross my way with his cinema. L4 / POST 1 /WEEK 3: A COUNTRY I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT. Sinse I was a little kid I have always wanted to know Mexico. In a first case it was because my Father  listens to Mexican music sinse I have memory, and in those years, for a little child like me the lyrics of the songs were very interesting, and nowadays  I still found that music full of passion and very good. Songwriters  like José Alfredo Jiménez, Paquita La del Barrio or Pedro Infante show me a dramatic and intense face of Mexican culture. When women took up arms to join the revolution In other way, I have studied the History of the country and I found it very interesting, in a firts place all the  pre columbian civilizations, the pyramids and the ruins you can visit.  I love the tales of the revolutión, Francisco Villa and Emiliano Zapata are great historical characters ( and again,  the music that tells the tales is awesome), and finally I would like to be close to Chiapas and the Zapati...
